#PrideMonth is a reminder of something that matters every day: #Courage, authenticity, and the freedom to be yourself, not only in June, but all year round.    This year, we especially want to highlight something that goes beyond any campaign or statement: courage that is not loud or performative, but shown every day in meetings, conversations, and spaces that were not always designed for everyone equally.    We have learned more about courage from our ITM Queer Network colleagues than from any leadership book. It is the courage to show up as yourself, consistently, without expecting others to carry the weight of that experience.    We see you. We stand with you. And we remain committed to an environment where everyone can be themselves, during Pride Month and beyond.     At ITM, we are proud of the colleagues who help foster a culture of respect, openness, and belonging.
