Sam joins us with more than three decades of experience scaling software companies—most recently as EVP and Global COO at Tableau and Salesforce. His track record leading global operations, deepening customer partnerships, and building high-performance teams makes him the right leader to guide Iterable through its next stage of growth. At the same time, Andrew Boni, our founder and CEO, is stepping into a new role as Chief Scientist—where he’ll focus full-time on product innovation and our AI strategy, including the development of Nova, our agent powering Moments-Based Marketing. This evolution builds on the foundation Andrew and our incredible team have worked tirelessly to create: a category-defining customer communication platform used by 1,200+ leading brands, powered by AI, and built for a future beyond the campaign calendar.
