This ruling keeps that protection. A soldier in Germany, a diplomat in Indonesia ā their votes are still safe. šµ Seniors, voters with disabilities, and rural Americans who rely on the mail-in voting keep their access too. šļø States keep the power to choose how best to run their elections, without scrambling to rewrite the rules days before November. The Court got this one right ā but protecting mail-in voting is an ongoing fight.
