ISS Switzerland continues to grow, strengthening its role as a market leader – sales increase to CHF 914 million ISS Switzerland confirms its position as both a leading provider of integrated and technical facility services and as a central operator of critical infrastructures in Switzerland. The company operates over 15,000 buildings throughout Switzerland and, with around 14,000 employees, ensures the safe operation of hospitals, life science sites, data centres, production facilities, transport and office properties on a daily basis. In the 2025 financial year, ISS generated sales of CHF 914 million. Compared with the previous year (CHF 901 million), this corresponds to an increase of 1.4 %. This growth is based on long-term customer partnerships, high service quality and the targeted expansion of technical and integral facility services.
