Globales Einkaufs- und Logistikmeeting in Lemgo 🌍 Vom 27. bis 30. April kamen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Einkauf und Logistik aus verschiedenen ISRINGHAUSEN-Werken und Ländern in Lemgo zusammen. Im Mittelpunkt standen der internationale Austausch, gemeinsame strategische Ausrichtungen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen Zusammenarbeit. In interdisziplinären Workshops wurden globale und lokale Sourcing‑Ansätze diskutiert und ein gemeinsames Verständnis für zukünftige Einkaufs‑ und Logistikstrategien geschaffen. Der internationale Blick auf Marktgegebenheiten und Best Practices war dabei besonders wertvoll und hat konkrete Ansatzpunkte für Effizienz, Resilienz und Prozessverbesserungen aufgezeigt. Ein kurzer gemeinsamer Spaziergang am 1. Mai bot zudem Raum für persönlichen Austausch und rundete das Treffen in angenehmer Atmosphäre ab. Das Meeting hat wichtige Impulse für die zukünftige Ausrichtung des globalen Einkaufs und der Logistik gesetzt und bildet eine starke Basis für die weitere Zusammenarbeit über Länder- und Funktionsgrenzen hinweg. ----------------------- Global Procurement and Logistics Meeting in Lemgo 🌍 From April 27 to 30, colleagues from procurement and logistics at various ISRINGHAUSEN-plants and from different countries gathered in Lemgo. The focus was on international exchange, shared strategic directions, and the further development of our global collaboration. In interdisciplinary workshops, global and local sourcing approaches were discussed, and a shared understanding of future purchasing and logistics strategies was established. The international perspective on market conditions and best practices was particularly valuable and identified concrete starting points for efficiency, resilience, and process improvements. A walk together on May 1 also provided an opportunity for personal interaction and completed the meeting in a pleasant atmosphere. The meeting provided important impulses for the future direction of global procurement and logistics and forms a strong foundation for further collaboration across national and functional boundaries.
