𝐆𝐑𝐔𝐏𝐎 𝐈𝐒𝐐 | Presentation of certificates for the AILEEN courses ISQ today welcomed members of the Força Aérea Portuguesa | Portuguese Air Force and the Alfeite Arsenal as part of the ID+I AILEEN project, marking the completion of training courses in the field of Additive Manufacturing for Aeronautics and Defence. The event, organised in collaboration with FAN 3D, was attended by trainers Sofia Proença (ISQ) and Tiago Núncio (FAN 3D), and certificates of completion were presented. The programme included a visit to ISQ’s Additive Manufacturing Laboratory, providing direct exposure to advanced technologies and reinforcing the link between the knowledge acquired and its practical application in an industrial context. As part of the event, COve (Centres of Vocational Excellence) certificates were also awarded to ISQ Academy and ID+I, a recognition that forms part of the development of a European network of excellence in advanced manufacturing training. These centres play a strategic role by combining the needs of industry, applied research and specialised technical training, thereby helping to strengthen the responsiveness of the European ecosystem in the aeronautics and defence sectors. This event reinforces ISQ’s role in the advanced training of professionals and the development of applied research, promoting collaboration between organisations and contributing to innovation and competitiveness within the industry.
