Over the past few weeks, I've been constantly reminded that supporting customers isn't just about quoting a part. It's about providing honest updates, setting realistic expectations and timelines, and working together to find the best solution when challenges arise. Whether it's coordinating with global warehouses, managing warranty claims, or sourcing difficult components, the goal remains the same and that is to keep aircrafts moving safely and efficiently. The strongest partnerships aren't built when everything goes according to plan, they're built by how we respond when things or situations don't.
