ISEG turns 1!    Institute for Sustainability, Employment and Growth (ISEG Foundation) celebrated its one-year anniversary event in New Delhi recently. ISEG was launched in 2023 as a non-profit institute to drive impact at scale in two key areas: employment creation and net zero transition. Over the past year, ISEG has worked on three marquee projects – two with the NITI Aayog on ‘Economic Masterplanning’ of city-regions and one with Government of Maharashtra on its comprehensive energy transition blueprint.     The event brought together ISEG’s key stakeholders, mentors and core team to discuss its journey so far and the way forward. Mr. BVR Subrahmanyam, CEO – NITI Aayog delivered the keynote speech for the event.    A panel discussion on ‘Working with States on India's Sustainable Inclusive Growth’ was moderated by Shirish Sankhe, Director and Founding Partner – ISEG Foundation. The panel included Ashish Dhawan (Founder-CEO, The Convergence Foundation), Alkesh Wadhwani (Director, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), Ireena Vittal (Board Member – Asian Paints, Diageo and others), Amit Chandra (Co-founder, A.T.E. Chandra Foundation) and Pramath Raj Sinha (Chairperson Board of Trustees - Ashoka University; Founder - 9.9 Group).     Thank you to all ISEG stakeholders for your support.   Stay tuned to our LinkedIn page for more updates!
