Just published my first technical article in English. A real case study: four SAG mills with ABB GMD systems. One of them kept shutting down — and nobody could figure out why. The answer was thermal masking: insulation appeared to recover when cold, but collapsed under full load. 18 hours of unplanned downtime later, we built a 5-layer CBM model that eliminated all unplanned functional failures — with ROI exceeding 1,900%.
