Like so many Venezuelans living abroad, the last few days have been filled with constant messages, endless refreshing of the news, waiting to hear that loved ones are safe, and trying to stay present at work while your heart is somewhere else. Balancing the responsibility of moving forward while carrying so much worry for family and friends back home is incredibly difficult. Thank you, Marina Abal Rosales , for writing about something many of us experience but rarely put into words: how to keep going professionally when you're carrying grief, uncertainty, and helplessness from afar. If you're Venezuelan, you'll probably see yourself in these words. And if you're not, I hope this offers a window into what many of your colleagues, friends, and teammates may be experiencing right now. #TeAmoVenezuela
