Exactly 1 year ago, in collaboration with Uitgeverij LannooCampus we celebrated the launch of my 2nd book: 'The Care Principles Leadership Playbook. 20 steps to engage diverse and multigenerational teams'. Looking back, I feel deeply grateful for: - The trust and opportunities that came from putting my vision into words and books. - The many talented and caring people I’ve met along the way. - The organisations that invited me to help their people and brands grow through transitions — guided by the CARE Principles framework. - And the countless stories I’ve heard from leaders where #collaboration, #agility, #reliability and #empathy are still not fully embedded in their strategy.
