Hi guys!  I am a recruiter, new to the trade, by the way, and now I am looking for candidates on the Greek, German and Polish markets. I want to share with you some observations, which I came across during my search.   Is it only with me, or does it happen to every recruiter during the first connection with the candidate? I am talking about their responsiveness!  For example, the Greeks hardly ever answer. Usually, you have to bombard them with messages to get any kind of answer. The Poles accept the invitations quickly but are usually not ready to continue the dialogue. The Germans, on the other hand, need more time to take up the invitation, however, they don`t keep me waiting for their response after accepting it.   And what about you? Please, share your observations.
