What an empowering day of conversation and engagement on autism-friendly employment 💬✨ IrishJobs is delighted to have taken part in the AsIAm employment and career event at Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Sligo, supporting meaningful discussions on inclusive employment across the West of Ireland. A big shout to the AsIAm team, Adam Harris, Mairéad McHale and Debbie Merrigan, for their leadership, collaboration and continued commitment to creating real pathways to employment for Autistic talent. We were proud to participate in the panel discussion with IrishJobs's marie reilly joining Adam Harris, Natalie Keogh and Alice Bennett to share insights on inclusive recruitment, employer supports and how organisations can create workplaces where everyone can thrive. A special shout-out to Mimouna Mahdaoui for showcasing The Stepstone Group's award-winning Accessibility Lab and helping to drive meaningful, practical conversations around accessibility. Finally, kudos to Shauna Mc Bride (NRF CertRP) for providing one-to-one CV reviews on the day and offering practical and impactful support to Autistic jobseekers.
