🚨 Gender Pay Expectation Gap: Men Expect to earn €11,000 More Than Women. New research from IrishJobs shows that men expect to earn a median salary of €64,000 compared to €53,000 for women. Meanwhile, over two-thirds of men say they feel confident negotiating a pay rise, compared to just 47% of women with 79% of men say they’re satisfied with their salary, versus 71% of women.
