Ireland House Tokyo won 'Best International Building' at the 2026 Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland Architecture Awards announced on 18 June in Dublin. Designed by Dublin-based architecture firm Henry J Lyons in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the new home of Team Ireland in Japan houses the Embassy of Ireland, the Official Residence of Ireland’s Ambassador to Japan and the State Agency offices of Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland in Japan.
