A lot of the hardware supporting national security space missions comes from companies you've never heard of. Not because the work is secret. Because the companies doing it are usually too busy building hardware to become household names. Iris Technology is one of them. We're an 85-person engineering company founded in 1986. Today, our control electronics and optical interfaces are flying on national security space missions, supporting infrared sensors and cryocoolers that have to operate for years without anyone touching the hardware again. Once it's on orbit, there isn't a service call. That's the standard we've been building to for 40 years.
