Un contributo grazie al quale la ristorazione ha potuto rinnovare il modo di custodire il cibo, preservarne l’integrità e ridefinire gli standard di qualità e sicurezza alimentare.” Con questa motivazione Roma, in occasione della Giornata della Ristorazione promossa da FIPE- Confcommercio (Federazione Italiana Pubblici Esercizi), IRINOX SpA - Società Benefit ha ricevuto il 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗼 𝗩𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 che viene assegnato alle 𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗻𝗼 𝗶 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮. Il riconoscimento è stato consegnato a Katia Da ros nella splendida cornice di Spazio Field, all’interno di Palazzo Brancaccio, alla presenza di rappresentanti istituzionali, ospiti prestigiosi e protagonisti dell’eccellenza della ristorazione italiana. La Giornata della Ristorazione celebra un settore che valorizza anche un pezzo dell’identità e della cultura del nostro Paese. The award was presented to Katia Da Ros in the beautiful setting of Spazio Field, inside Palazzo Brancaccio, in the presence of institutional representatives, distinguished guests, and leading figures from Italy’s restaurant industry. The Day of Catering celebrates a sector that represents a fundamental part of our country’s identity and culture. This award recognizes Irinox’s contribution to enhancing and preserving this heritage through technology, innovation, and a constant pursuit of excellence.
