As part of the 8th International Argan Congress, IRESEN participated in the round-table discussion entitled : 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Represented by Oussama Bayssi, PhD , IRESEN contributed to discussions exploring the role of carbon markets in promoting sustainable development and enhancing the economic value of the argan ecosystem. The exchange brought together key stakeholders to examine innovative approaches for leveraging carbon credits as a mechanism to support environmental preservation, local development, and climate action.
