✨Great workplace are built on great communication( 1st Quarter of year 2026)✨ One thing i value most while working at Hershey is communication has always been one of our core beliefs. It helps create clarity, strengthen collaboration, and build trust across our teams. We kicked off the year with our Town Hall session in February, where the leadership team and departments shared our key achievements🎉, business results, and the direction for the year ahead. During the Town Hall, we also took the opportunity to recognize and celebrate employees’ contributions and milestones. These recognition moments remind us that every effort matters and that our people are truly the driving force behind our success. But communication doesn’t stop there🚶➡️ We continue strengthening engagement through monthly Ambassador Meetings, where we gather valuable feedback from our shopfloor teams while also sharing company updates and upcoming plans. In addition, we hold the 1st quarterly “Teh Tarik Sessions” with our Plant Manager in February —starting with ice breaker activity with sharing their moments in the holidays. This is a more relaxed and open platform where employees can share their sentiments, challenges, and suggestions to improve our workplace culture and practices. For me as an HR professional, moments like these reinforce that communication is not only about sharing information, but also about listening and valuing every voice. A big thank you to everyone who contributes to making these communications platform successful.
