Position: Recruitment Specialist Location: Baghdad, Iraq – Yarmouk, Jordan Street (On-site) Employment Company: Alhasani Home Center Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 6 days per week Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage and supervise the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful onboarding. • Strategic Sourcing: Draft compelling job advertisements and identify the most effective marketing channels, social networks, and professional platforms to attract top-tier talent. • Internal Mobility: Coordinate internal recruitment processes, promotions, and transfers within the organization to foster growth from within. • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, follow up on applications, and conduct thorough preliminary phone screens and structured face-to-face interviews. • Talent Pipeline: Proactively network with potential candidates to build robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs. • Metrics & Budgeting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (source of hire, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize recruitment spend and strategy. • Offer Management: Facilitate the job offer process, including presenting offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. • Employer Branding: Represent Alhasani Home Center at job fairs, career events, and on professional platforms to strengthen our employer brand. • Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment activities are compliant. Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically as a Recruitment Specialist. • Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • Languages: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and local labor legislation. • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
