It was a fantastic day of networking, peer exchange, and open discussions around some of the most important compliance challenges facing our industry today. Last week, we welcomed compliance, risk, and governance leaders from across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech sectors to our IQVIA Compliance Forum in Frankfurt. What stood out most was the willingness to openly share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from each other's approaches. Strong sessions from our speakers included: 🔹 Alessandro Le Noci (IQVIA) – turning disclosure data into leadership-relevant insights: transparency analytics in practice 🔹 Ash Aggarwal (IQVIA) – risk assessments in practice: choosing the right type, avoiding redundancy, maximizing insights 🔹 Jens Nussmann (Merck KGaA) – balancing compliance and efficiency in HCP interaction management with data analytics & AI 🔹 Starinskaya Elena (ETHICS) – from tool to teammate: designing collaboration, governance and trust in the AI-enabled organization 🔹 Chris Mühl – Why a Compliance Management System has to start with the business - not in the law Despite the variety of topics, a common theme emerged throughout the day: how to create compliance programs that are not only robust and effective but also practical for day-to-day operations. A big thank you to all speakers and participants for contributing to such an engaging and valuable discussion. The strong interest in areas such as HCP/HCO engagement management, Fair Market Value, AI governance, transparency, and risk management shows how important peer exchange remains in navigating an increasingly complex compliance landscape. Looking forward to continuing the conversation and seeing many of you again at our upcoming events.
