Starting a new role often comes with a long checklist: new systems, new colleagues, new acronyms. This week, IQVIA Belux made that process a little more engaging by bringing together recent hires for an onboarding day across the organization. Through presentations on our different departments and business areas, new colleagues explored how each part of IQVIA contributes to improving outcomes for clients and patients and how it all connects. Alongside the learning, there was plenty of networking, a few shared questions, and likely at least one “who does what again?” moment.
