Recent site images from a residential refurbishment in Fulham, London show the completed installation of one of our newest slim steel fire rated door systems; Mondrian Slim FR Door. Fire rated doors are often treated as a purely compliance‑driven element, typically resulting in heavier framing with sightlines exceeding 100mm. At this project, we installed the fully certified E30 fire rated system with significantly reduced steel sightlines of approximately 45mm, allowing fire separation to be achieved without compromising the overall architectural language. Installed across both ground and lower ground floor levels, the doors maintain visual continuity between key internal spaces while providing 30 minutes of fire protection with integrated drop seals for smoke control.
