A huge congratulations to Strom Architects on Porthmadog House being awarded the 2026 RSAW Welsh Architecture Award. This carefully considered coastal home demonstrates a strong architectural response to its setting, using form, materiality and glazing to create a light filled living environment with a clear connection to the landscape. IQ Glass was appointed to design, supply and install the glazing package, supporting the design intent with high performance systems that maintain clean sightlines throughout. It is always encouraging to see projects of this quality recognised at a national level, and we are proud to have contributed to a scheme that reflects the ambition and direction of contemporary residential architecture in Wales.
