We need a Lead Developer who has deep hands-on experience building production-grade web scrapers, can architect distributed crawling systems, and can mentor a growing engineering team. ### Web Crawling & Anti-Detection Engineering. ### Web Scraping & Crawling ### Node.js & Backend Engineering - **6+ years** of professional **Node.js** development. - Strong command of **asynchronous programming**: Promises, async/await, event loop mechanics, and concurrency control. - Experience with **child process management** (spawn/fork), IPC communication, and process lifecycle handling. - Proficiency with **Express.js** for REST API development. - Experience with **Kafka** or similar distributed message queue systems (RabbitMQ, SQS) — both consumer and producer patterns.
