📖 Member Technical Paper: Learning from a Project Management Framework in Local Government   Within the technical paper, Tim Nichols explores the development and implementation of a Project Management Framework (PMF) within Dubbo Regional Council to address longstanding challenges in project governance and strategic alignment. Historically, projects were managed in isolation across departments, resulting in inconsistent practices, limited visibility, and inefficiencies in resource allocation.
