2026 Local Roads Congress – Shaping Policies for Stronger Communities Nikki Cassar, Partner at Mills Oakley will present on behalf of Statewide Mutual about local road liability, specifically the potential implications on council liability resulting from a chance in the legal or regulatory requirements for road safety under the update of the NSW Roads Act.
