Meet the Team: Simone!   It’s been almost three months since Simone Schrijver-van Dijk joined IPP Packaging Materials as our Senior Financial Assistant — and we’re very happy she did! Not only have we gained a wonderful colleague, Simone also brings a wealth of experience with her. She has a strong background in financial administration and extensive knowledge of ERP systems. After working as a system administrator at a technical wholesaler for 30 years, there aren’t many system secrets left for her to uncover. “The market IPP operates in is completely new to me, and I’m gradually getting to know it. I’m now using my knowledge and skills to support IPP and help move the company forward. I enjoy looking at how things work and understanding why they work that way. That’s how we can learn from each other. I don’t give up easily — whether it’s finding solutions or making sure payments are processed on time.” Simone loves solving puzzles, decoding patterns and understanding how systems work. Bringing structure to complexity is something she truly enjoys. Outside of work, she loves everything that grows and blooms. Gardening is one of her passions — creating beautiful views and cozy corners using both new and second-hand items. A garden full of color makes her happy. We might just have found the perfect person for a future project in the IPP office garden… Simone's first months at IPP have been very positive. “I really appreciate the positive energy within the company. Everyone is ready to support each other. It’s great to be part of such an enthusiastic team again!” And the feeling is mutual. Once again, welcome Simone!
