🎓 A milestone for the next generation of project professionals in Serbia! During the closing ceremony of the 10th IPMA SENET Conference in Belgrade, the first Project Management Fundamentals certificates of completion in Serbia were awarded to ten students who successfully passed the exam organized by Serbian Project Management Association - IPMA Serbia and the Institute for Management & Innovation (IMI) UTM. Project Management Fundamentals is IPMA’s new entry-level recognition designed for students, early-career professionals, and project team members beginning their journey in project environments. Aligned with IPMA principles, it confirms an understanding of the core concepts, terminology, and values of project management, while providing a strong foundation for further professional development and advanced IPMA certifications. This achievement represents more than successfully completing an exam. It marks the beginning of a new generation of professionals equipped with the knowledge, mindset, and values needed to contribute effectively to projects and create lasting value for organizations and society.
