Bu sabah, La Lorraine Türkiye’nin 10. yıl kutlaması ve yeni üretim hattı açılışı vesilesiyle Manisa’daydım.🍞🥖😊 Bu buluşma, yalnızca bir yatırımın değil; Türkiye’de modern fırıncılığın geldiği noktayı ve gittiği yönü çok net ortaya koyuyordu. 30 milyon €’luk yeni hat yatırımı, Türkiye’ye duyulan güvenin güçlü bir göstergesi. Bu güvenin yalnızca pazara değil; yerel tedarik zincirine, kaliteye ve sürdürülebilirliğe olan inancı da kapsadığını görmek ayrıca çok kıymetli.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Bu tür yatırımlar aynı zamanda şu soruyu da beraberinde getiriyor: Bu büyüyen ekosistemin temel yapı taşları ne kadar güçlü? Un üreticileri olarak bizler için bu dönüşüm; yalnızca hacim değil, kalite, standardizasyon ve süreklilik anlamına geliyor. The €30 million investment in the new line is a strong signal of confidence in Türkiye. A confidence that extends beyond the market itself, reflecting a deep trust in the local supply chain, quality standards, and long-term sustainability. Such investments also naturally raise an important question: How strong are the foundational building blocks of this growing ecosystem? For flour producers, this transformation is not only about scale, but about quality, standardization, and continuity. Because a strong end product is only possible with a strong raw material backbone. The theme “10 Years – A Story Written Together” perfectly reflects not only La Lorraine’s journey in Türkiye, but also the collective contribution of all partners who have been part of this path. As Özmen Un, we are pleased to be part of this ecosystem and to contribute to this shared journey.
