As part of this project, we applied a shared statistical analysis plan to data from our pancreatic tumor registry. The project aims to explore how ECAs can support evidence generation in oncology, which is highly relevant in settings where randomized trials are infeasible or difficult to conduct. First results confirmed the feasibility and revealed how eligibility criteria, data availability, and analytic choices can impact results. Thank you to Friends of Cancer Research for this valuable partnership and thank you to Bernat Navarro-Serer, PhD for presenting the findings! #RealWorldData #realworldevidence #tumorregistry #ExternalControlArms #eca #Oncology #ClinicalResearch #iOMEDICO #CRO #ISPOR2026
