+++ 𝗘𝗦𝗠𝗢 𝗚𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 +++ In Copenhagen, we presented data from the SMARAGD registry highlight biomarker testing and treatment strategies in routine care for patients with advanced/metastatic endometrial and ovarian cancer in Germany. Biomarker testing rates increased over time, alongside shifts in treatment patterns. In endometrial cancer, ICI-based first-line regimens became more frequently documented over the observation period. In ovarian cancer, PARP inhibitor-based maintenance strategies were part of routine treatment for eligible patients. We thank all patients, physicians, and study teams involved in the SMARAGD tumor registry for their contributions.
