+++ 𝗩𝗜𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 +++ We are pleased to share a new milestone from our VIOLETA study: By June 2026, 50 patients had been enrolled, exceeding the original target of 24 patients at this stage. This enables us to conduct the first interim analysis. VIOLETA addresses a rare form of diffuse glioma and aims to generate prospective, real world data from clinical practice in Germany. The study is conducted under the scientific leadership of Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wick in Heidelberg. It is a multicenter, prospective, non-interventional study, documenting the use of vorasidenib in patients with CNS WHO grade 2 IDH-mutant diffuse glioma in routine clinical practice. The primary objective is to evaluate patients’ quality of life through electronic questionnaires.
