+++ 𝗘𝗦𝗠𝗢 𝗚𝗜: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗥 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 +++ This year's ESMO GI in Munich was a great opportunity to share new data from our SAPHIR registry – and we were pleased to see such strong interest in our poster (#526P). 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 In HER2-negative patients with metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma in Germany, 25–28 % exhibit FGFR2b protein overexpression. Drawing on prospectively collected registry data and central biobank testing, these findings may help characterize the patient population potentially eligible for emerging FGFR2b-targeted therapies – and provide a valuable reference for studying the impact of future treatments on this population.
