The project was also shortlisted in two additional categories: Commercial Property Project of the Year Project of the Year (under £9m) This recognition marks a significant milestone for Investre Construction and celebrates the resilience, collaboration, and innovation that defined the delivery of The Drill Hall. When unexpected challenges arose and the original main contractor entered liquidation mid-project, Investre Construction was formed to ensure that delivery continued without compromise.
