Our Real Estate team is proud to have partnered again with True North Management Ltd, the flexible living investment and operating platform backed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, to finance a new 98-suite development in South London. The scheme reflects growing demand for high-quality, flexible accommodation across both short and longer stays. It also marks our fourth transaction with True North in the past year, bringing total financing provided to £75 million.
