This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating what #GiveToGain truly means at Investec. Last year, over 3,100 of our people contributed more than 7,700 volunteer hours to support the communities to which we belong. One of the organisations we’re proud to champion is #WeSpeak, founded by Laura North, who turned her own fear of public speaking into a mission to help young people, especially women from under‑represented backgrounds, find their voice. We Speak has been able to support over 1,000 students, thanks to committed mentors from Investec and other partners. Investing in education, entrepreneurship and the environment helps create lasting impact for everyone. When you’re deeply invested, Out of the Ordinary things happen. #IWD2026 #GiveToGain
