Pride isn't a campaign. It's a commitment, and at Inverto, it shows up all year round. This summer, we're joining Pride@BCG and celebrating across the globe: from the Pride Parade in Vienna in June, to art exhibitions in Berlin, cocktail classes in Cologne, a community breakfast in London, and much more in between. These events aren't just colourful moments on a calendar. They reflect something we genuinely believe; that belonging isn't seasonal. Our LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies don't just deserve visibility in June, they deserve it every single day. This year's theme from Pride@BCG says it simply: Proud to Belong.
