🚨 New Announcement 🚨 IntSol Group Strengthens UK Market Position Through Strategic Acquisition of RRSS Commercial Rail and Bus Division. As of Saturday 4th April, IntSol Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a specialist division, marking a significant step in our continued growth and expansion across the UK. This strategic move strengthens our Rail Replacement and PCV division, reinforcing our position as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of bus and coach services nationwide. With this addition, our operational workforce across the Rail Replacement and Commercial divisions now exceeds 400 people, enhancing our ability to support operators at scale with reliability and consistency. The acquisition also represents a key milestone in the expansion of our West London operations, enabling us to further support existing partners while extending our reach nationwide. This achievement has been a true collaborative effort. We would like to thank all teams involved throughout the process, with particular recognition to Marcin P., Director of RRSS, for his role in supporting the divisional acquisition. RRSS will continue to support its existing clients across the engineering and automotive sectors, providing contract, permanent and worldwide recruitment solutions, ensuring continuity of service. The transaction was led by our Managing Director Paul Karras and Director of Finance & Operations Savva Antoniou, whose leadership continues to drive IntSol forward.
