In honor of the 2026 Earth Day theme: Our Power, Our Planet, we want to highlight Mikaela Loach, author, climate justice organizer, and speaker at our 2023 Cornerstone Conference in Helsinki. Mikaela has been recognized as one of the most influential women in the climate movement by Forbes, The Guardian, Vogue, and BBC Women’s Hour. In our Climate Plenary Session, Mikaela argued that climate change is a “Great Multiplier,” as it amplifies existing social, racial, and class inequities globally. #IWFExceptionalLeaders
