How do you guarantee the right to adulthood when there is no support system? Upon turning 18, the official end of legal protection leaves many unaccompanied minors in Greece facing a severe "protection gap". Bureaucratic hurdles, sudden loss of accommodation, and the imminent risk of labor exploitation become daily barriers on their path to autonomy. By implementing a holistic support model focused on psychosocial care, language courses, and job counseling, the project proves that targeted, flexible interventions can create measurable impact. While systemic challenges remain—particularly the critical lack of urban housing and administrative delays—the results presented in the report show that a safe, dignified pathway to independence is possible.
