Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager — Luxury Villas & Interior Fit-Out We are looking for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager with proven UAE experience in luxury villa projects, interior fit-out, contracting, MEP coordination, and turnkey project delivery. This is a senior site-based role requiring both strong execution capability and proper project management discipline. The candidate must be able to manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, control quality, track progress, prepare reports, manage Gantt schedules, attend and prepare minutes of meetings, and support the full project delivery process from mobilization to final handover. The role will cover high-end residential villas, including both renovation projects and new villa interiors, where Interni is responsible for turnkey interior works, fit-out coordination, finishes, MEP interfaces, joinery, FF&E installation, and full site delivery.
