[Hackathon IUM x MonacoTech: Where Academia Meets Entrepreneurship] 🤝 What happens when 𝟖𝟕 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬? The answer: fresh ideas, strategic insights, and a powerful 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝. 🔹𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 MonacoTech startups: Skeal, Nova AI, NeoMove, and Altores, 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 in an intensive 4-hour hackathon. 🔹𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, teams analyzed strategic needs and delivered actionable solutions under time pressure. Students presented their recommendations in a professional format (a 5-minute pitch followed by 5 minutes of Q&A). 🔹The initiative brought together students from three MSc programs: Sustainability & Innovation Management, Luxury Management, and International Management, creating diverse, multidisciplinary teams that mirrored real consulting dynamics. 🔹The impact went beyond the classroom: 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, Monaco’s innovation ecosystem strengthened its bridge with academia, and 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 while experiencing the intensity of real-world consulting missions.
