🧑‍🌾 ☘️ Strong agrifood value chains start long before the harvest. Across #Iraq, farmer alliances are helping producers standardize quality, coordinate supply, and connect directly with higher-value markets. In Duhok, this model is already driving results through three active alliances. A prime example is the Faida Aggregation Hub: ✅ Syncs local farmers around shared standards, pooled deliveries, and direct buyer relationships. ✅ Transforms scattered production into a reliable supply chain, leading to more predictable incomes. ✅ Provides a scalable blueprint that can be replicated for other crops and regions.
