πŸš€ Launching today: the AI for Good Global Commission. This new high-level initiative works to expand access to AI, strengthen trust, and unlock AI's potential to solve real-world challenges at the speed the technology demands. Co-chaired by H.E. President Paul Kagame of Rwanda and Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, with ITU Secretary-General Doreen Bogdan-Martin, serving as Vice-Chair, the Commission brings together more than 40 Founding Members, including Heads of State and Government, industry CEOs and top executives, and Heads of UN agencies. AI is advancing at unprecedented speed, and no single sector can address its opportunities and challenges alone. By connecting those who build technology, deploy it at scale, and shape policy, the Commission seeks to help forge practical solutions across sectors and borders. With 2.2 billion people still offline, a key focus will be bridging digital divides, ensuring AI becomes a tool for solving global challenges, not deepening inequalities. Β The Commission will hold its inaugural meeting during the AI for Good Global Summit 2026 in Geneva. Stay tuned for updates.
