International Post Corporation is looking for a Solution Architect to join our Technology Department and lead the design and evolution of IPC’s Customer Experience (CX) layer, with a strong focus on customer facing applications, Business Intelligence (BI) applications and dashboards. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring scalable, intuitive, and high performing digital experiences and insights across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Solutions Architect in both customer-facing digital platforms and BI/analytics environments as well as a strong expertise in modern application architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud-native solutions). He/She should demonstrate hands-on experience with BI tools and dashboarding platforms and be familiar with AI/ML integration and AIassisted development tools.
