"David Mlinaric is known for his grand and sympathetic restoration of old buildings. He has a strong focus towards architectural detailing such as interior panelling, skirtings and cornices, architraves and ornate plaster ceiling design," says Olivia Outred of Olivia Outred Studio. "In my studio we have a routine that the first 10 minutes of the day is spent looking through books, with our laptops shut and our phones tucked away. This routine is important because you can see from the books around the office which is the most used and has the most Post-it notes stuck onto the pages; David Mlinaric’s book is always on the top of the pile."
