To mark an important milestone for the dry bulk sector, press, INTERCARGO members, and maritime industry professionals gathered for the launch of the first-ever Ship-to-Ship (STS) Guidelines for Bulk Carriers. This landmark initiative by INTERCARGO is designed to support both shore-based and onboard personnel involved in STS operations, offering practical guidance and establishing a unified reference point for stakeholders across the sector. The event featured a series of insightful presentations, with speakers celebrating the publication while underscoring the importance of progressing towards globally consistent standards in STS operations.
