We are becoming more connected than ever. But are we becoming more connected to people, or only to technology? A few years ago, many interactions still happened face to face. Today, people spend around 6-7 hours per day online on average. Video meetings replaced many office discussions. Self-checkouts replaced cashiers. AI assistants answer questions instantly. Some studies suggest that people now check their phones hundreds of times per day, often without noticing it. Technology saves time, removes friction and increases productivity. But it also changes how humans interact. The next 3-5 years could push this even further. AI may become a daily companion, helping with work, shopping, healthcare, education and even social conversations. Digital humans and AI avatars may join meetings. We may interact with software as naturally as we interact with people today. Technology keeps getting smarter and saves a lot of time. Will people use that extra time to connect more with each other, or simply connect more with screens? #DigitalTransformation #ConnectedToPeople #ConnectedToTechnology
