Liberty Mutual Reinsurance has appointed Tom Spurgeon as Global Head of Cyber Reinsurance, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand its global cyber reinsurance business. Based in London, Spurgeon succeeds Ivonne Staisch and will lead the growth of LM Re's global cyber reinsurance portfolio while working with brokers and clients to develop structured cyber reinsurance solutions.
